At Gobi Heat, we want you to stay warm and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your heated gear, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in original condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags, batteries, and chargers included in the original packaging.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Wait for Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
